ha. there were a few people who got all righteous because 'ci' is mostly spelt as 'si', but can also be spelt as 'ci'. one guy said I failed because he said there's no way robots would like that in the future. I informed that anything is possible in the future, even robots as human-like as these.
congratulations yourself. I had a look through your gallery. is very nice.

whats ur problem mate?

ur piece was endearing. and it was cute, and interesting.

why the "gee, thanks"
Reply
:iconschlammer:
Schlammer Featured By Owner Mar 11, 2006
oh, pardon me if that sounded ungrateful or offensive. that certainly wasn't my intention.
perhaps a "gee whiz, thanks" was more in order. or "gee winnikers, thanks".
i think i often write things like i would say them aloud, but interpreting written word is different from sound, and so meanings can become misconstrued.
so yes, i was thanking you for your words.

i believe "marvelous" presently has only one 'L'. although, who am i to question the future?
Reply
:iconschlammer:
Schlammer Featured By Owner Mar 10, 2006
the Australian dictionary is in many ways different to the US, one being the inclusion of an extra 'L' in marvellous.

yes, young world ideas about robots are fantastic. these are styled more closely to 1950s toy robots actually.

The future, robots, and flying machines - good.
Retro future, retro robots, and retro flying machines - even better!
Whimsically and cleanly executed - the best!
